Easy Rent Zone provides roll off dumpster rental in various sizes, including 10-15, 20, 30, and 40 yard containers, for residential and construction use. Availability of specific sizes may vary by location and is confirmed at the time of quote.
Quotes provided through this Site or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide, including dumpster size, waste type, and delivery location. Final pricing is confirmed before delivery. Submitting the quote form does not guarantee a rental reservation; a representative will follow up to confirm details and availability.
Standard rental periods are communicated at the time of booking. Requests to extend a rental period beyond the agreed term should be made as early as possible and may be subject to additional charges as communicated by our team.
We will coordinate a delivery window with you based on your preferred date and site conditions. Access to the delivery location must be clear and safe for our delivery vehicle. Delays caused by inaccessible or unsafe delivery locations may result in rescheduling.
Pickup is scheduled either at the end of the agreed rental period or upon customer request once the dumpster is ready to be collected. Please ensure the dumpster is accessible and not overloaded at the time of pickup.
Dumpsters are typically placed on a driveway, private property, or an agreed location at a job site. If placement on a public street or right-of-way is required, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm whether a local permit is needed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their project, waste type, and site access, and for ensuring that only permitted materials are placed in the dumpster.
Hazardous or prohibited materials — including but not limited to paint, solvents, batteries, tires, and asbestos — may not be placed in rented dumpsters. Additional restrictions may apply depending on local regulations and disposal facility requirements.
Dumpsters must not be filled above the marked fill line or beyond the applicable weight limit for the container size. Overloaded dumpsters may not be picked up until brought within an acceptable limit, or may incur additional charges as communicated by our team.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the dumpster beyond normal use during the rental period. Our delivery team takes reasonable care during placement and pickup, but customers should discuss any specific site concerns (such as sensitive driveways) with us in advance.
Payment terms and accepted methods are communicated at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for overage, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, or other circumstances as outlined at the time of quote.
Cancellations made to any order are subject to a cancellation fee, based on the type of unit or equipment rented:
Cancellations or changes made 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the scheduled service date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. A 50% cancellation fee applies to Mobile Restroom Trailer and Fence rentals if the cancellation is made within one week prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made on the scheduled delivery date may result in no refund.
